I was looking to get a recumbent trike as I am unable to sit properly on a normal bike.

After doing much research online I noticed that Pedal Power are a dealer for ICE trikes, so I drove down on the off chance I was introduced to Sam who immediately was willing to show me the different types of trikes that they sell and without hesitation arranged for me to take one out for a test ride. When I returned from my test ride he offered me another trike to try which I duly did.

There was no pressure to order one of the trikes. He gave me the number and email of Bryn the sales manager.

I went away to think about the purchase.

I very quickly decided that the ICE Adventure was the one for me, I arranged a time with Bryn to place the order with him, whilst I had pretty much decided what I wanted on it, Bryn was able to give me sound advice.

Once the trike was delivered Bryn arranged for a time for me to collect it. Upon collection Bryn was very thorough with all of the details of the trike with no stone left unturned.

I have had the trike for several months now and it has been just amazing, enabling me to get out again in the fresh air. This has been one of my best purchases set to my exacting requirements.

Incidentally I met Bryn on the taff trail (cycle path) whilst he was on a charity cycle ride, he was so friendly and welcoming even though he was not in the usual work environment.

I could not recommend any higher the service I have received from Pedal Power it was a pleasure to buy from them.
